You can nominate a family member, friend or a carer to speak and manage your Sovereign cash plan on your behalf. To start the process, call us on 01274 841130 or by completing the Third Party Authorisation Form.

As a Sovereign member you can access a trusted and comprehensive wellbeing service provided by Health Assured including a free 24-hour telephone helpline and the Wisdom app, designed to help improve your mental and physical health through a range of resources. To access this service, log in to the online secure customer area and head to Sovereign Perks – Health and Wellbeing.
If your cash plan is provided to you by your employer, you may also have access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). For more details, please ask your employer.
